Seth and Taylor wedding adventure started off to a bumpy start as the original photographer they picked disappeared. However, if this wouldn’t have happened then I would have never met two of the most caring couples in all my years of wedding photographer for Derek Fowler Photography (Richmond Photographer). Seth was enlisted in the military and stations at Fort Bragg at the time. They wanted a mountain view wedding though so after much research they came across Glass Hill Venue in Lynchburg, Virginia.

The Big Day

The day of the wedding, there was magic in the air. Seth and Taylor were on cloud nine the moment they entered the venue. Even leading up to the ceremony, we could see their excitement and joy that this day was finally here! They knew that after months and months of planning (and re-planning), all that remained was to celebrate with their friends and family that was gathered! Taylor was a joy on her wedding day. She was checking in with her vendors, asking if anyone needed help, and talking up the all the fun dancing and conversations that were to come!

The Ceremony was full of tears and laughter, touching vows and a dip kiss to top all other dip kisses. At sunset, the sunlight bounced off the mountains and played with all different types of colors across the clouds leaving for some amazing photos and moments. The Reception was a full dance floor from the moment it opened till the sparkler exit. Taylor and Seth danced the night away surrounded with friends and family they loved so dearly.

It was such a joy to work with you guys! From the engagement session to the wedding day, it was a journey that I loved sharing with you all. Your love for each other, your family and friends, and of course all animals is an inspiration to me.
